This morning's agenda was to put the "copyRocksAsset" together.
I brought all the rocks' node into 1 container.They were fed into a switch > which was fed into a "Copy SOP".
I used the middle valley of the height map terrain from Bryan as the template to copy onto.
Create variables and keyed in expressions which i used in the test, with "Transform SOP" for stamp().
It work with no errors but some copies sunk below the terrain as they were using the point it was copied onto as the center position. Overlapping rocks as expected and i had no control over where rocks were being placed.
E.g. Rock 02 was designed to be placed along the higher grounds or cliff walls, here's an image to illustrate.

Not made it into a digital asset yet as i had other parms i wanted to include in the copystamp. I used it as it is to see how the scene would look from camera view.01 & 02 were produce straight out of Mantra.
Colour and contrast were adjusted for 03 & 04.
The last image was just me adding some "Color SOP" to help visualize which is 1 to 5.
